I love taking a hot bath!  Of course, these days, I’m not always able to delight in a hot bath at bedtime, but I sneak one when I can.  Most of the time, I am joined by the kids.  They love it!  Just call them the bathtime crashers! : )

I’d like to challenge you to take some time today to do something for yourself- even if it is something small!
