Southern Charm Portraits has been serving East Tennessee families for many years and is proud to be the leading Knoxville Portrait Studio. Our conveniently located commercial space is right off the Callahan Drive exit of Interstate 75 in the Powell area. We have a waiting area for our families complete with a kids’ corner to help pass the time. Our studio is clean, spacious, and well organized providing an excellent environment for your session.
We are always learning and training to be better than we were the day before. We are both doing ongoing education currently to make sure we are up to date on the best and safest practices in newborn photography. We want to give our families the best experience and confidently handle each infant with the upmost care. It is important to us that all of our families feel at ease and know that their little one is in the best hands!
We are continually adding to our prop repertoire to keep a well rounded collection of props for newborns and babies. We tend to keep our sessions and prop usage pretty simple so that the focus stays on baby. Our portraits are modern yet classic so that you can enjoy them forever! Our clients enjoy being able to just show up without the pressure of having to bring anything with them since we provide everything.
We have perfected our workflow for newborns to a certain routine that allows us to move efficiently throughout the session all while keeping baby settled and sleepy. We have our studio environment optimally prepared upon your arrival so that we can get started right away– others have described it as calming, relaxing, and peaceful.
